In an era defined by genre-bending sensibilities and vocal filters, Babyfxce E raps with piercing clarity, urgent words that penetrate through sparse, trunk-rattling beats that have become synonymous with Flint, Michigan.
Flint— Babyfxce E’s hometown— has become an influential breeding ground for Hip-Hop music on a national stage. For the last several years, it’s been intrinsically tied to poverty, bleak economics, unsafe drinking water, and general suffering. What the national media doesn’t tell you, though, is that Flint is full of spirit. Talent abounds; struggles become a petri dish for inspiration. Babyfxce E is the next buzzing talent in a long line of Flint rappers of the past few years (Rio Da Yung OG, Louie Ray, YN Jay, and RMC Mike, just to name a few.)
While making ends meet in the streets of North Flint, Babyfxce E was surrounded by creative talent, and began to rap casually around his peers. It was after about six months— around the time he recorded his third song— when he realized his gift with the pen. Still a teenager, he became a student of the game, listening to burgeoning local acts as well as national stars such as NBA YoungBoy and Lil Baby — these would become his biggest influences down the line.
As Babyfxce E began to take rap seriously, he noticed the accolades mounting. His career really took off, in his own eyes, on the heels of the single “Six Flags” in 2022, which paved the way for projects such as Life Of The Reaper and Its Wit a X. Shortly after, E gave a performance in his hometown, and the crowd knew every word— ever since, he says, nothing’s been the same.
Over the past few years Babyfxce E has been consistently churning out quality music. In early 2024, he inked a deal with Atlantic Records and released the deluxe edition of his critically acclaimed mixtape, The X Tape. The 21-track project featured guest appearances from BabyTron, Skilla Baby, SleazyWorld Go, Luh Tyler and more. He quickly followed up with another mixtape Real Striker Music, which showcased his musical versatility with pop hooks over richly textured melodic production and vivid imagery of lived experiences. Later that year, he embarked on a 16-city North American tour as direct support for Detroit artist Babyface Ray and his Wavy Navy University Tour.
Babyfxce E continued his upward momentum in 2025 with the release of M Block and M Block (Deluxe). The rising artist collaborated with notable names such as Monaleo, Nino Paid, 03 Greedo, Mello Buckzz, VonOff1700, and YN Jay ––demonstrating his significant impact within the current rap scene. In 2026, Babyfxce E unveiled his long-awaited debut album Da Realest, cementing his status as one of Flint’s strongest talents. The projects further showcased E’s evolving gift for striking lyricism and his unwavering dedication to representing Flint. What’s next for Babyfxce E? “We’re going to see what happens. We’re going to keep living and keep experiencing.”
